Unlike other types of academic essay, a term paper consumes time before and during its writing. Before writing, you spend a lot of time researching the topic. During writing, you’re expatiating on your research and communicating your findings- these take time too.
What exactly is a term paper?
A term paper is an analytical write-up at the end of a semester. Its purpose is to access the knowledge and ability of the student. For a term paper to be considered standard, it must have a specific structure and arrangement. Like I said earlier, term paper is time-consuming, especially at the research level.

Your abstract is the summary of everything in the body of the work. It should contain information about the topic, the difficulty and reasons why you write about it.
Here is the part where you explain the topic and give a hint about how you intend to solve the problems related to the topic. You can also talk about your research work on the subject at this stage.
Here is the exact place to explain your ideas from the research. You also explain in detail everything needed to understand the topic.
At this point, your final belief is highlighted and known by your readers. Link the introduction with the body and get your result.
Finally, give room for a question that will provoke your reader to research some more about the topic.
Referencing: Do not forget to cite and make your references accurately. The American Psychological Association (APA) and Modern Language Association (MLA) are standard formats used to arrange references in the academic field.
